Bob Kadera

Bob is the owner of 360 Degree Inspections.  He lives with his family in Littleton, CO.

Bob achieved an education that concentrated on construction management and business administration and spent the 1st 10 years of his professional career in various positions in the construction industry.  This prepared him for the technical side of the home inspection business.  After 25+ years in the corporate world Bob used this business administration experience and combined it with the technical experience to start his own business. 

Bob is a Certified Inspector for the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).  This is the highest certification in one of the most respected home inspector associations internationally.  He is also a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). 


Bob has completed over 1500 Home Inspections and has served as the ASHI President, the VP of education, and currently as a board member for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ASHI.

Sean Dyer

After graduating high school in 2010, Sean enlisted in the Marine Corps as a rifleman. While in the Marines, Sean played various roles, including radio operator, Team Leader, and company level intelligence. Among the many things Sean took from his experiences are attention to detail and discipline. Following his time in the Marines, he attended Arapahoe Community College and got an Associates' degree in business. He then attended the University of Wyoming, where he worked as a roofer part-time while earning his B.S. in finance.  


Sean is an InterNACHI certified inspector.  The certification requirement is a full training portfolio, a required number of examinations, report reviews, and inspection reviews. 
Sean has thousands of hours of inspections and has been personally trained by 360 Degree Inspections to complete inspections our way.


Mike Dyer

Mike Dyer is an ASHI certified home inspector and has worked in the home inspection business since 2013.  Mike graduated from the ASHI school and stays up-to-date on industry standards with their trusted educational resources.


Additionally, he completes ASHI’s required 20 hours of continuing education each year.  In addition to his ASHI education, Mike also has a lifetime of experience in the building industry under his belt. He has enjoyed working with his hands and completing his own projects his entire life. In fact, his earliest memories are of helping his father with DIY projects around their family home.


He has since done maintenance and repair on his own home and rental properties and has taken on larger projects, such as finishing basements, whenever he’s had the opportunity. Mike also has 20 years of experience working in the IT industry, a career which helped him develop a detail-oriented mind and a pride in providing the best customer service possible.  In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, going to church, playing golf, traveling, and doing CrossFit.

Rick Glassman

Rick is a Colorado native with over 30 years of construction, home maintenance, and repair experience. 


He is a graduate of the ASHI School of home inspectors and a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors.


Kevin M. O’Hornett

Kevin founded ProSpex Home Inspector Consulting Services in 2004 and brings 44 years of home construction and inspection experience.  360 Degree Inspections uses ProSpex for onsite/in-the-field advice, as well as for telephone and email consulting.
